Set Kiwi Syslog rule for inactivity

Steps to set up rules that indicate when and what events occurred for a specified time.


Kiwi Syslog version 9.4 or later


1. Create the filter on the event you want notification on.

2. Add a new filter below it and select Flags/Counters from the Field list.

3. Select Timeout on the  Filter Type field list. 

4. Set this for the time and number of occurrences you want for the inactivity.



5. Select Apply and then add the Actions required, including the Display and then select OK.
