New Kiwi Syslog installation not displaying in License Manager

Overview

New installations of Kiwi Syslog do not appear when using the License Manager.

Environment

Kiwi Syslog 9.3 to 9.5

Cause

The License Manager is unable to detect new installations of Kiwi Syslog.

Resolution

Apply the license key on a new installation using any of the following options:

  • Kiwi Syslog Server management window
  1. On the Management Window, click Help.
  2. Enter the license details and license key

  • Kiwi Syslog Server Licensing
  1. Select Kiwi Syslog Server Licensing.
  2. On the Standard Licensing window, choose the option to apply the license online or manually.
