Modifications to settings, such as changing the path within a Log to File Path or adding a Log to Database action, do not reflect in the Kiwi Syslog Server service.
User Access Control is preventing the Kiwi Syslog Server Manager from making modifications to settings in the Windows registry. As a result, the Kiwi Syslog Server service does not see the new settings.
Download and install HotFix 1 or later for Kiwi Syslog Server 9.5 from the SolarWinds Customer Portal.
If you are unable to implement the HotFix, run the Kiwi Syslog Server Manager as an administrator.
