Overview

This article provides steps to purge Kiwi Syslog Server Mail queue. 

Environment

All Kiwi Syslog versions.

Steps

  1. Click File > Purge > Purge Mail queue.
  2. Stop Kiwi Syslog Service.
  3. Delete all files in \syslogd\mailQ\ .
  4. Start KSS service.
  5. Click File > Purge > Purge Mail Queue again.
