Issue: Failure to receive messages from Kiwi Syslog Daemon.

Resolution: Kiwi Syslog Daemon sometimes gets an error of being unable to receive messages and using the default rules and settings triggers the action to fix the problem.

To load the default rules and settings:

  1. Go to File > Setup > Defaults/Import/Export.
Five options appear on the right side of Kiwi Syslog Server.
  2. Choose Load default Rules and Settings.
A verification prompt asks if you want to use the default rules and settings.
  3. Click Yes.
