Fixed issues

Kiwi Syslog Server 9.6.3 fixes the following issues:

Deprecated HTTP methods are now disabled and other HTTP methods have proper protection.

Resolved issue regarding insufficient memory to continue the execution of the Kiwi Syslog Service Manager program.

N/A The Syslogd service is now reset automatically in case of "Error: Connection is aborted due to timeout or other failure" event.
1188146

Resolved issue regarding low processing speeds of TCP.

1295645, 1339320, 1253030, 1330520, 123885

Kiwi Syslog Service Manager no longer generates an error message when checking for available updates to software.
