Updated March 11th, 2016

Root Cause:

If you leave the interval option blank, under File > setup > Email- this may cause KSS Manager to crash. By default, KSS will add MailStatsInterval entry as “24” in the registry so in normal scenarios crashing will not occur.
Permanent Fix  If there is no value (blank or 0) in the "For every _ hour(s) field, use 24 as the default.
