Table of contents

Updated March 11th, 2016

Some users prefer to view the syslogs using Microsoft Excel. Due to system performance limitations, Web Access has a limited number of options to export data to CSV.

This article provides information on how to write the log files directly to a CSV file instead of exporting them from the Web Access application.

Kiwi Syslog v9.4 and v9.5

  1. Open your Kiwi Syslog Service Manager.
  2. Go to File and click Setup or click on the white icon with the red tick mark.
  3. In the log to file action, select the Log file format.
  4. In the drop down, select Comma Separated Values and save the changes.
