Updated March 11th, 2016

Overview

This article describes how to change the base time that statistics are sent.

Environment

All Kiwi Syslog versions

Steps

  1. Open Registry Editor.
  2. Go to the following registry path and edit the required time (in 24-hour format):
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SolarWinds\Syslogd\Properties
    Value (String): MailStatsBaseTime
    Minimum value: 00:00
    Maximum value: 23:59
    Default value: 00:00
    Type: HH:MM
This time value specifies when the daily statistics e-mail is to be sent. By default, the statistics e-mail is sent at midnight (00:00). Set the value according to your preference. For example, change the value to 18:00 if you want to receive the e-mail at 6:00 pm.

Note: Kiwi Syslog Server runs in WOW (Windows on Windows) 32-bit emulated mode on 64-bit Windows installations. In WOW mode, the SolarWinds registry can be found in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\WOW6432Node.
