Unable to write to report file error after CatTools migration

Updated November 25, 2016

After migrating Kiwi CatTools, the following error appears in the web console when the application is trying to write report files after activities:

Unable to write to report file.

All Kiwi CatTools versions

The reports are trying to write to now non-existent paths.

  1. Open the Kiwi CatTools Manager.
  2. Edit the Activities.
  3. Under the option "Report file:" in the Activity tab, make sure that the directory exists.
  4. If the directory does not exists, either change the directory or create the specified directory
