No progress in Kiwi CatTools email queue

This article addresses the issue where the Kiwi CatTools email queue does not show progress and emails are not being sent.

This occurs when the SMTP server stops sending email because the size limit for the server has been reached.


Perform any of the following options:

  • Increase the size limitation on the SMTP server.
  • Compress the emails sent by CatTools or change the email setting in the activity by selecting Overwrite existing report file. This will prevent the file from growing each time a new report is appended to the file.
