Kiwi CatTools do not queue report emails

Overview

This article provides steps to resolve the issue when reports do not deliver even if the following are on the Activity Email tab:

  • The E-mail statistics/reports from this activity field are enabled
  • The Override [general email] for statistics and send to: field has an email address

Environment

  • All Windows versions 
  • All CatTools versions 

Cause 

This issue is caused by any of the following:

  • The Activity is being manually run and CatTools is configured to Only send reports in timer mode.
  • The general Reports/Stats field is blank.

Resolution

  1. Open the Kiwi CatTools Manager.
  2. Click Options > Setup.
  3. Click the E-mail tab.
  4. Click the General Options tab.
  5. Ensure the following box is not checked if you are manually running the Activities:
    • Only send reports in timer mode
  6. Ensure the following box has at least one email address:
    • Reports/Stats
