This article shows you how to back up a Cisco Wireless Controller using an SSH connection in Kiwi CatTools. 


  • All supported versions of Kiwi CatTools


In the device information:

  1. Add a device to CatTools and open the Device info tab.
  2. Select Method as SSH2 or Cisco SSH.
  3. Open the Passwords tab and enter the SSH and AAA usernames and passwords for the device.
  4. Check the Initial Login requires Username/password checkbox.
  5. Click OK.
