This article provides steps to resolve the issue when reports do not deliver even if the following are on the Activity Email tab:
- The E-mail statistics/reports from this activity field is enabled
- The Override [general email] for statistics and send to: field has an email address
This issue is caused by any of the following:
- The Activity is being manually run and CatTools is configured to Only send reports in timer mode.
- The general Reports/Stats field is blank.
