Kiwi CatTools should be backed up in case of system failure.

While you may choose to simply backup the CatTools database, there are other files which may be critical in your environment such as device backup files.

All Kiwi CatTools versions

Note: This information assumes that CatTools is installed in the default  folder location - C:\Program Files (x86)\CatTools3.

Database Instructions

Use the "File > Database > Backup current database" menu to create a backup. This will create a database backup file located in the following folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\CatTools3\KDB Backups\

As an extra precaution, you may also choose to export your database to text files.

File Instructions

Using  your preferred backup software, make a copy of every sub-folder and file from the following folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\CatTools3\
