Overview

The following error appears when configuring Kiwi CatTools to save logs across the network:

Internal program error

Environment

  • All Kiwi CatTools versions
  • All Windows versions

Resolution

  1. Use a domain admin account as the service account to write to the location across the network.
  2. Under the CatTools service, right-click Properties.
  3. On the Log On tab, select This account.
  4. Locate C:\program files (x86)\CatTools3
  5. Right-click the CatTools3 file and select Properties.
  6. On the Security tab, add the account and allow full control.
