Resolution:

To ignore a block of text from comparison on Device Backup Running Config activity, follow the steps below: 
  1. Use the Variations feature.
  2. Under Ignore Text option input the start and end text with the syntax:
    [Begin text]-[End Text]
  3. Run the activity.

Input the backup ignore text in Variations as[BEGIN ENCRYPTED PRIVATE KEY]-[END ENCRYPTED PRIVATE KEY] and click Save.
