Overview

The following error occurs when creating a backup of Cisco router using the Kiwi software:

Error: Connect failed: 30002: Please set your login for selected protocol.

 

Creating a backup of your Cisco router using Kiwi CatTools with telnet is successful if it is disabled and SSH enabled. 

Connecting to the router using credentials in the Device Properties is possible.

Detail

Instead of selecting AAA username and password, select SSH username and password.
