Updated July 7, 2017

Overview

The IPAM Summary page is empty and all resources are missing after upgrading to IPAM 4.5.

Environment

Cause

This issue is caused by a bug in the product when a domain admin account instead of a local admin account was used during an installation or upgrade.

Resolution

See the Add resources and columns to views, and define subviews article on how to manually re-add the missing resources to the IPAM Summary page.
