    • SolarWinds.Data.Query.EntityNotFoundException: Source entity [Metadata.Property] not found in catalog
    • SolarWinds.Data.Query.EntityNotFoundException: Source entity [System.Subscription] not found in catalog

Environment

  • NPM 12.2 
  • IPAM 4.5.2

Cause 

  • 2 IPAMs in Add\Remove Programs
    • IPAM 4.3.0
    • IPAM 4.5.2

Resolution

  1. Uninstall IPAM 4.5.2.
  2. Uninstall IPAM 4.3.0.
  3. Install IPAM 4.6.
  4. Verify all correct 4.6 files exist.

Workaround to Disable IPAM (until resolution can be performed)

  1. Remove the two suspect IPAM Schemas with suspect date timestamp.
  2. Disable IPAM BL, and remove Subscriptions.
  3. Restart SWISv3

Workaround: Means that IPAM BL stays disabled for now.
