Adding a DHCP server to IPAM generates a failure when testing the credentials in 'Add Node.'

Error received:

Could not Load file or assembly 
'Solarwinds.ORION.Common. Version ==
Culture =neutral

This is due to a lack of permissions on the .NET Framework folders.

Grant full control for IUSER and Network Service to the following folders:

C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files
C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files
