Change the transient period

This article describes how to change the transient period of the IP address on IPAM.


IPAM 4.3.2+


  1. Open the Orion Web Console.
  2. Go to Settings > All Settings > IPAM Settings.
  3. Click Manage subnet scan saettings in the Subnet Scans section.
  4. Update the Duration field (the default is 7 days, the minimum is 0.25 days, the maximum 340 days) under Transient Period. 
  5. Click Save.
