The following message appears when attempting to browse to any IPAM views such as Manage Subnets and IP addresses:

Infrastructure Component is Offline

The Information Service and Orion Module Engine are required components for this website to function, and at least one of them is currently unavailable.

Environment

All IPAM versions

Resolution

  1. Go to Add/Remove Programs on the SolarWinds server.
  2. Right click and run a repair on the SolarWinds IP Address Manager product.
  3. Run through the Configuration Wizard until finished.
