IPAM is not scanning some IP addresses.


All IPAM versions


The issue was caused by the number of IP address exceeding the number allowed by the IPAM license.

The customer had an IP1000 license, which allows IPAM to monitor up to 1024 IP addresses.

Used, Reserved & Transient IP addresses count towards the IPAM license.

In this case, there were 4100 Used, 287 reserved & 2 reserved IP addresses.


Purchase a larger IPAM license (IP16000 or IPX).
