Overview

After upgading to IPAM 4.3.1, services such as the module engine and alerting are missing and the Orion Service Manager shows that the Data Processor and Polling Controller are stopped.

Environment

IPAM 4.3.1

Cause 

This occurs when the installation did not run completely.

Resolution

Complete the Configuration Wizard
Note: If the Configuration Wizard does not run automatically, click Start > SolarWinds Orion > Configuration & Auto Discovery.
