Issue: Unable to add firewalls with a same host name in FSM, even if it has a different IP address.

Cause: This is a known limitation in FSM. The 'Hostname' of a Firewall has to be unique, even if it has a different IP address.

For example, 

Existing Firewall name = ABC\Extranet
New Firewall name = CDE\Extranet

Now, FSM tags 'Extranet' as the 'Hostname'. So, FSM treats the new firewall as duplicate and does not allow it to be added.

Workaround:
1. Change the 'Hostname' on the Firewall that needs to be added in FSM.
2. Log into FSM, go to File > Add Firewall > Import the device with in FSM .
3. Run the desired operation like Audit & PCI reports.
