This article addresses an issue resulting from the license being automatically removed and the product showing as eval upon opening.


All FSM versions


This is caused by the cleaning of Windows Registry and removing the keys holding license information.


The below registry keys shall be excluded from checking and potential removal, especially the highlighted one which actually holds licensing information:








Also having a copy of registry data, exported at the below junction, will allow to quickly restore licensing information in the event of malfunction:
