There is a timeout/failure when importing nodes from NCM into FSM.

  1. Make sure FSM interface is closed.
  2. Add more memory to FSM via ini file:
    Please find file SolarWindsFSM.ini inside FSM installation folder and increase Xmx and Xms values. The flag Xmx specifies the maximum memory allocation pool for a Java Virtual Machine (JVM), while Xms specifies the initial memory allocation pool.
    -Xmx4G will set it to 4G of max memory
    -Xmx4096M will also set it to 4G
  3. Increase memory per circumstance
