This article provides information about the compatibility of the Windows Server 2012 Load Balancing/Failover (LBFO) network teaming solution when SolarWinds Failover Engine is installed.

Details

SolarWinds Failover Engine does not support use of Windows Server 2012's Load Balancing/Failover (LBFO) network teaming solution. To allow the SolarWinds Failover Engine Packet Filter to operate properly, the LBFO network teaming solution must be disabled. Failure to disable the LBFO may result in the SolarWinds Failover Engine Packet Filter improperly functioning.
