The FOE Secondary hostname changed and configuration wizard has been ran that created dual primary engine entry within the Orion DB All Engines table.


  1. Manually removed the FOE Secondary Engine entry from AllEngines table.
  2. Open Orion Database Manager.
  3. Expand the Orion Database.
  4. Right-click the AllEngines table.
  5. Click  Enable Table editing.
  6. Right-click and delete the Secondary FOE entry.
  7. Re-run the Configuration Wizard.
