Below is the output of FoE Packet Filter help/usage:

 

C:\Program Files\SolarWinds\FoE\R2\bin>nfpktfltr.exe
Usage: <option> where options include,
enable - enable the network for active server
disable - disable the network for passive server
xenable [default] - extended enable the network for active server
xdisable [default] - extended disable the network for passive server
arp - send gratuitous ARPs on all public IP addresses
setstate [block | filter | passthru] - set the filter state
getstate - get the filter state
setloadstate [block | filter | passthru] - set the filter load state
getloadstate - get the filter load state
setfilter [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx [yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy]] - set the IP addresses to filter
getfilter - get the filtered IP addresses
setstate.protocol [block | filter | passsthru] - enable or disable or suppress protocol (netbios or domain) filtering
getstate.protocol - see the results of the above
setloadstate.protocol [block | filter | passthru] - set the protocol (netbios or domain) filter load state
getloadstate.protocol - get the protocol (netbios or domain) filter load state
setfilter.protocol portnumber ... - sets the protocol (netbios or domain) filtering port numbers
getfilter.protocol - see the results of the above
setloglevel [0 | 1 | 2] - set driver event log level to disable, normal, debug
getloglevel - see the results of the above
install directory - install nfpktfltr from directory
uninstall directory - uninstall nfpktfltr from all adapters
