Overview

The active agents deployed using MSI files or Web UI may have an incorrect IP address assigned on the FoE server.

Environment

All FoE versions

Cause

Some antivirus software is blocking the VSS functionality on FoE.

Resolution

The agent needs to be deployed manually choosing the public IP address on the FoE servers.
