This article provides information and steps to resolve the issue when different logged in users in EOC change a view (add resources to a page), the rest of the users of that view are unable to see the changes. This happends even if the view is edited properly via Settings - Manage Views - Resources tab and not via the customize page link at the top of the view itself.

The issue is caused by a corrupted view or entry in the database.
Recreate the view. See Creating and Managing View section in the Administrator Guide.
