Overview

The following error message appears in the EOC Web Console:

There is a problem storing moduleName results from the serverName SolarWinds Server.

Environment

All EOC versions

Cause

This error is caused by the following:

  • The EOC SQL database is down
  • The storage request from EOC timed out at the SQL server

Resolution

  1. Ensure the SQL server EOC is using is operational.
  2. Run the SolarWinds EOC Configuration Wizard to ensure the SQL credentials are correct.
  3. If you are using SQL Server Express Edition, ensure your EOC database has not reached the size limitation for the version of SQL you are running.
