Tabs and resources not displayed in Internet Explorer

When you view an Orion Web Module in Internet Explorer, tabs and resources may not display properly.


  • All EOC versions
  • Internet Explorer version 11.0


If you use Internet Explorer 11 and have issues with how tabs and resources are displayed, enable Enterprise Mode.

Visit the Microsoft Support website for more information about enabling Enterprise Mode in Internet Explorer.

Note: If you are running Microsoft Windows 8.1 or Windows Server 2012 R2, an update is provided by Microsoft to correct this issue. The update (KB2919335) must be installed on the machine.
