Unable to manage servers through the Web Console

Overview

The Delete and Modify actions cannot be performed on the EOC Web Console even when the Manage SolarWinds Server feature has been added to EOC. This issue occurs in the following web browsers:

Cause 

This is a specific behavior of the web browser's engine.

Resolution

As a workaround, utilize Mozilla FireFox as the browser for the EOC Web Console.
