Overview

This article provides information on uninstalling EOC 1.x from the server.

Environment

EOC 1.6.2 and older

Steps

  1. Log in to the EOC server using local (server) administrator account.
  2. Open Programs and Features.
  3. Select the following components (one-by-one) and click Uninstall for each one of them. The easiest way is to use search keyword SolarWinds.

  4. Remove following directories:

    C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\EOC\ (installation directory)
    C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\EOC\ (data and logs directory)
     
  5. Remove website configuration from IIS. Refer to Deleting IIS Web Sites, Applications and their Content with Web Deploy.
