Move the EOC website to a different drive

Overview

This articles explains how to move the EOC website to a different drive.

All EOC versions

Steps

  1. Copy the website directory into a new location. The file can be found in the EOC program directory, for example, C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\EOC\Website
  2. Change the following key in the registry:
    1. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\SolarWinds\EOC
      1. Name of the key: WebInstallDir
    2. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\SolarWinds\EOC\Wizard
      1. Name of the key: Website Root
    3. Data: Enter the new location of Website directory, for example, G:\Website\
      Note: The key Wow6432 is valid only on x64 OS.
  3. Run the Configuration Wizard selecting the Website and Services components.
  4. Remove the original website folder from the location where EOC is installed.
