Overview
When performing a clean install of EOC 1.6, or upgrading from an earlier version of EOC to version 1.6, users may encounter UI issues. Views and Resources may not load properly when using Internet Explorer 10 and EOC 1.6. This problem has not been noticed when using Internet Explorer versions 8 or 9.

The development team is aware of this issue and working on a resolution.  Please open a case with technical support if you encounter this issue.
