EOC does not display polled info or servers

This article details an issue regarding users logging into EOC and not seeing any new data and the servers polled don't show in any view.


EOC 2.0 and later


To resolve this issue:

  1. Go to Settings > Manage accounts. Edit each user. 
  2. Make sure each user has an account and password entered at the bottom for each Orion, as well as an account with valid access.
  3. Submit.
