Overview

Maps in the Enterprise Operations Console website are not loading and you receive an unexpected error: 

An unexpected error occured.undefinedundefined

 

In the Information Service and Web logs, this information prompts:

Environment

EOC version 1.5 and later

 

Cause 

The map is attempting to query a node with a custom property value and is unable to do so.

Resolution

Run the query below against the EOC database:

execute [dbo].[EOC_spInitializeCP]

Note: You will need to allow a few minutes for the Orion Servers to repoll after running the query.
