Auto login returns session timeout for the Orion website

Overview

When EOC has "Allow SolarWinds Server auto-login:" set to yes and a user clicks on a node in EOC that is associated with the Orion server, a timeout is received.

Cause

Session timeout.

Resolution

Disable session timeout for the Orion account being used by EOC. See number 7 in the link below.
