Overview

When trying to edit group accounts or view limitations in EOC, the error below appears:
An item with the same key was added

Environment

EOC 1.x

Cause 

Actual cause is not determined - seems to be some kind of corruption of ad groups and limitations in the database.

Resolution

Remove and re-add AD groups in EOC.
