This article describes the issue when you receive the following error prompt: 

Unable to connect to information service


Networkatlas.log file in EOC diags show error:

ERROR SolarWinds.InformationService.Contract2.InfoServiceProxy - Error executing invoke: Verb EOC.MapStudioFiles.InsertFile: Cannot find assembly



All Network Atlas on an EOC server 



This is most likely caused by a file permission issue with information service and/or Network Atlas on the server.



Repair Network Atlas in the Control Panel/Programs and Features. Rright-click and click Change, and then repair. This is doesn't do anything, uninstall it there and reinstall it via c:\program data\solarwinds\eoc\EXEs folder - look for solarwinds-orion-networkatlas.exe.
