Overview

This article describes the issue when you receive the following error when running the Configuration Wizard for EOC:

Error while executing script- Invalid column name CRCAlignErrorsThisHour

 

 

 

The configuration error shows the log error below:

Environment

EOC version 1.6

Cause 

This issue is caused by an old database that was restored.

Resolution

  1. Open EOC Database with SQL Studio.
  2. Expand Views > Select dbo.EOC_Interface. 
  3. Click Delete.

  4. Re-run the Configuration Wizard.
