Overview

The following error message appears after running Configuration Wizard during an upgrade from 1.6.1 to 1.6.2:
Error while executing script- Column name or number of supplied values does not match table definition.

 

Upon launching the EOC Web Console, it displays the following error below:

The system cannot find the file specified. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070002)

Environment

Resolution

  1. Completely uninstall EOC from the server.
  2. Re-install EOC 1.6.2
