This article describes the issue when maps in the EOC Web Console show unknown statuses for at least one Orion instance's objects.



All versions of EOC



This issue occurs when the custom properties in EOC are being seen incorrectly by EOC and need to be reinitialized.



Run the query below against the EOC db, and then wait ten minutes. Refresh EOC's Web Console and see if the unknowns clear:

            exec dbo.EOC_spInitializeCP

Note: This may need to be repeated at unpredictable future intervals.
