This article addresses the issue where the following error appears when attempting to view the map resource after logging in to the EOC Web Console:

An unexpected error occured.undefinedundefined


EOC 1.2 and later


  1. Log in to the EOC Server with an admin account.
  2. Repair SolarWinds Enterprise Operations Console using the Control Panel. Refer to Uninstall, change or repair a program.
  3. Click Start > All Progams > SolarWinds Enterprise Operations Console > SolarWinds EOC Configuration Wizard and complete the wizard.
