When the EOC map converter is opened on the EOC server, and the Orion servers show in the drop-down, but the map tool never lists any maps and may return various connection errors.

All EOC map converter versions

The account logged into server is an administrator account in EOC.

Make sure that the current windows logged in user (where the Orion2EOCMap importer tool is running) is added as an administrator in EOC. If it is added, please remove it and re-add the same by following the below steps.

  1. Navigate to manage accounts screen via settings link.
  2. Click Add New Account.
  3. Select "Windows Individual Account", search user and select the user from the search list then add the user in Administrator role.
  4. After adding the user, try running the Orion2EOCMap importer tool.
