EOC map appears corrupted

Maps in the Enterprise Operations Console load, but the background image is missing or appears corrupted. Element icons on the map may also appear to be abnormal or changed.


EOC version 1.6


This issue seems to be related to caching. Re-sizing the map, saving, and returning the map back to its original size should force the map to load.


  1. In the EOC Web Console, locate the map in question and click Edit.
  2. Change the map's scale size to another value and click Save.
  3. If the map displays correctly, revert to the previous scale size and verify that the map still loads correctly.
